1st Friday Fish Fry
Every first Friday of the month, The Columbian (the Knights of Columbus) sponsor a fish fry. The bar & lounge area opens at 4 pm and fish is served from 4:30 to 8:30 pm.
Meals are served on a first come, first serve basis. Guests are welcome to place their order and then relax in our bar and lounge area until their names are called.
Choose from deep fried cod, perch, scallops or breaded shrimp. For those who prefer to have their fish baked, Poorman's lobster is available. A delicious steak sandwich and an order of onion rings provide a nice alternative to fish. All dinners include a choice of fries or German potato salad, coleslaw, rye bread and coffee.
3rd Friday Seafood Buffet
Experience a special fish fry every third Friday of the month.
Catering by Bryan offers a seafood buffet complete with salad bar. The bar and lounge area opens at 4 pm and the buffet is available from 4:30 to 8:30 pm.
Treat yourself to deep fried cod, tilapia, shrimp, walleye fingers and Poorman's lobster (blue gills when available). The buffet is rounded off with beef or vegetable lasagnas, mac & cheese, crab Alfredo casserole, shrimp stir-fry, onion rings, potatoes, beef tips, and a hugh salad bar. Included in the seafood buffet, Bryan adds a beautiful variety of pies and tortes.
Holiday menu items, such as turkey for Thanksgiving, ham for Easter, and corned beef & cabbage for St. Patrick's Day, make this third Friday buffet appropriate anytime of the year.
Whether your group is large or small, you will not be disappointed.
Reservations are always appreciated for groups of 8 or more.
Special Events
During the winter months, special events (broasted chicken, fundraising dinners, etc.) are open to the public. See your local newspaper or call to find out what special events are planned.
